Whats a good source to get rear drum pads, for my 79' 400? I can't find them around here.

Z1 Enterprises has them, and you mean drum shoes, versus disc pads?

Those are the wrong brake shoes for the 1979 KZ400.
However the brake shoes used on the KZ440 should fit, Kawasaki parts # 41048-1069. I couldn't find them on Jeffs site though. But if you send him an Email, or call him I'm sure he can find them for you.
