Spec2 rearsets? was created by ScottZ
Has anyone ordered these from Spec2? I've considered getting these for my Spectre, but not sure about quality.

I haven't ordered anything from these guys, but checking the website you might not be able to. The newest date I found was late 1999. I would contact them to see if they're even still in business.

Also I didn't find any pics either. I wouldn't buy something sight unseen.

Spec II Telefix: I bought from them probably 17-18 years ago, an exhaust for my Yamaha Vision. Great pipe.

I'd love to get one of their fork braces, and their clip-ons seem to be of quality.

I haven't heard anything about them for years. Give them a call, the internet may not be their cup of tea.

Oh no, not a Spec II subject again. If-in' you call them, the guy is the rudest, and most lacking in customer service of anyone I've ever communicated with. Give Omar's Rearsets a try. If you have to order them from Spec II, then you had better know what you want, or you'll have a very short 20 second phone call. He doesn't have time for anyone. Experienced it myself, and so have others. Try it, and you'll see. No go ahead, and try it. :pinch:

Well, probably not then. I'm not even sure if what he has listed would fit my bike, although his prices sure are good. If he doesn't have time to answer my questions, I sure won't have time to write him a check.

Yeah, Spec II has had better days. It's really hard to deal with him anymore (I believe it may be down to a one-man operation now). Too bad, really, the Telefix braces are the best of the commonly found braces, in my opinion.

Hey Corey, those Omar's look like they must be Raasks (which is what Spec II had). I wonder if someone finally bought out Raasks? I like them, but they are hard to find and a little costly. Thanks for the link!

Has anybody ever seen these Spec II rearsets? I can't find a picture anywhere. I have new Tarozzi's installed and they are a bit far back for me. Just wondering how the spec II's would be. Anybody ever have these?
