Shock bolt diameter 79' KZ650SR was created by pumps
I am not able to get to the kz for a day or so to measure and am shopping for sporty shocks to lower it but I see mentions of mounting bolt sizes diameters of 1/2 and 5/8 inch. Anyone know what mine would be? Of course they are in mm..Thanks!:laugh:

Shock studs should be 12mm w/ 1.25 pitch.

Thanks WG. As I recall 12mm is real close to 1/2 inch.
Of course today, the first day of my 3 day weekend, it is nasty and raining. I had hope to log some miles on the KZ and get some work done on the Silverwing. Change all the fluids in both bikes and such. Oh well, I'll go hit the bike dealers instead.
