Inserting eccentric adjusters from...

...the outside, rather than the inside. I'm considering doing this to gain a bit more space in the swingarm and cut down on the amount of machining required to squeeze in the ZX9 5.5" wheel. Seems like an easy fix to get some extra room, I can't see any reason why inserting them from the outside would cause any problems, or am I missing something?

According to the Kawasaki.com website, that's how they're supposed to be put in. Mebbee sumbody put 'em in wrong before?

You're right - I checked the site and, yep, they do go in from the outside. No bloody wonder the stock rear wheel was a battle to get in!
Problem solved. That was easy.
