Wheel ? for 79 KZ1000

Just wondering if any spoke rim from another year bike will fit mine?
I want spokes over my stockers. Anyone know any places that sells em? Tnx, Rod

KZ750 twins wheels should work, I know they do on the 77-78 KZ1000A models.

Speaking of 79 KZ 1000.
I just got a chance to buy one. Have not seen it yet,
I have an appointment Saturday morning.
This person is not sure what model it is.
He says it is an 1000 A model? He knew it has a chain drive.
Don't laugh, "It is in the barn" under blankets.
This guy is out of town Alaska! I am in New York.
Is it an LTD or a Mark II maybe Z1R
How many models did they make in 79?
I stopped my knowledge curve at 76 KZ900 models.

If it is truly a 1979 1000 chain model, you will have a choice of KZ1000B3 (LTD), KZ1000A3 (MKII), and KZ1000C (Police). If it is a MKII, jump on it! No Z1R's were released in North America in 1979.

I am hoping for the MKII! More desired than a LTD.
I sent one to California 4 years ago, It went right to Japan! 3 people including myself made money on it.
I am looking to flip it. Or flip it over at the local dragstrip with a 14 tooth front sprocket, 4 into 1 and a sticky, bald dunlop.
