If you look in the Filebase (under the KZ Information tab at the top), there is a steering bearings list that will tell you what bearings each model uses. If both models use the same bearings then they ought to fit.
If they use different bearings, then All-Balls sells conversion bearings that will probably work.
I don't think you will find a 1981 KZ750 twin (as in your sig) there though, the 750 twin was made from 1976-1980 (model year), and then 1982 and 1983. The 1982 KZ750 twin was a CSR, KZ750M1.
