Not off hand, but I'll look for my manual and edit this post when I find it :)

Found it.

Oil change; about 300 cc
Completely dry: 327+- 4 cc

SAE 10W20 oil

Oil Level 110 +- 2 mm

Measure the distance between the top of the inner fork tube to the surface of the oil.

Release the air pressure, remove the bottom drain plugs and drain out the old oil, remove the fork caps and refill.

A manual is a real good idea, and they are fairly cheap on eBay.

Your sig says you have a CSR 1000, do you have a 1000J also, or J forks on your CSR?

The CSR forks have the axle mounted in front of the fork tubes, while the J (Standard) has the axle at the bottom of the fork tubes.
