Tire numbers

Front 3.50 - 19
Rear MT90-16T
I want to get some white walled tires for my cafe project, and found this one on ebay D402 MT90-16 REAR TIRE. There doesnt seem to be a normal speed rating, like H-rated for speeds up to 130 mph, V-rated for 149 mph or Z-rated for 149+ mph etc (stole that from ebay as well) but what the hell is MT and I assume 90 is the width? the front looks like a metric width (3.5) and a 19" rim? Is that right? Enlighten me someone.
and wireman, I am sure to get a whistle on this one from you I know......
