I had a pesky leaking master cylinder on my Honda and finally decided to replace it with a brand new one. There was a seller from Florida on eBay at the time that had bunches of them, metal construction and the electrical switch hook ups too. The complete assembly (made in China/what else is new?) was less than the cost of a rebuild kit so I did the deed with good results so far...no more leakage.

My mc has been functioning very well since installation about 4 months ago and maybe 2000 miles. It's finish is intact, brakelite switch works great and hasn't leaked a drop. So far so good. Big improvement over the stock plastic reservoir.

Sounds bad, but for the price, I am not worrying about availability of a rebuild kit for mine...damn disposable mind set...:evil:

Clean your reservoir up good and try that new diaphragm...maybe you will cure the leak without having to pop for a new one. Good luck.
