I was wondering if the frame of an 82gpz 750 was the same as that of an 82 kz750. The main reason is that I am looking into buying an extended swingarm that came off of a gpz750 and wanted to know if it will also fit a kz750.

Jordan:

It depends which 750 you are chatting about. The geometry of the frames on the E model and R1 are very similar while the geometry of the H model (LTD) is the most different. In a nutshell, the rake angle of the H model is 30 degrees while that of the E and R1 is 27 degrees. Trail on the R1 and E is 107/108mm and 121mm for the H model. Wheelbase is 1460mm (R1), 1420mm (E), and 1450mm (H). You are probably safe if swapping things between the R1 and E models.
