High RPM cut out

1982 kz305 with points ignition. I have NOS points installed and gapped, an NOS condenser and Dyna Coils which are a few years old. The bike used to run like a raped ape on the highway at high RPM's with the Dyna Coils, and now she starts bucking and cutting out under full throttle at speed.

I closed the garage door and turned out all the lights and ran the bike with the points cover off, and one side of the points is sparking up pretty good while the other is barely noticeable. I realize it's not supposed to be sparking like that, but I'm not quite sure what it could be if the condenser is new. I soaked a thick piece of paper in brake cleaner and ran it between the points contacts to clean them to no avail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Arcing at the points is normally a bad condenser - assuming the condenser is grounding (it's purpose is to reduce arcing) don't assume because it's new it's good !! try swopping it with the other side and see if the arcing moves with it
