Thank you!
Guess it’s big chance I need todo these also.
I have removed all harness so need to build up new first, before I can test.

Re: KOSO RX2N
19 Dec 2024 15:25I think some of the issue may have been that the Dyna switches a ground to trigger the coils whereas as I understand it the OEM "pick-ups" generate a + pulse to activate the factory IC igniterUse option "C", grab the pick-up signal (only one not both).
Under some circumstances, like me (Dyna-III), you will need a signal amplifier (higher Output-Voltage) for the KOZO RX2N rpm signal input. I also use a shielded coaxial wire for the signal input . Any other un-shield wire could recive disturbing high frenquency radio signals of the ignition coils/wire = (bouncing needle effect).
This works for my application, had to go the hard learning step by step way. I wish you an easier path to go, so give it a try first.......

What is it that you are trying to achieve ? are you trying to replicate the "charge warning light" on a car (which uses a different type of charging system) A simple small voltmeter will tell you what is happening (if you can find somewhere to put one)

I was thinking about getting indication if the charging fails under driving. Discreet, don’t need the voltage reading. If I can find a small volt reading that is waterproof it can be a option, but want it to be discreet to get a «clean» layout around steering/speedo/…

Whether or not you "need" this, only you can decide. I don't see that it can do any harm
