Mail received!

The german DHL shipping costs for the UK and US region are more socially acceptable as the US insane shipping costs !!!

You have to pay some extra money for the cleanig of my living room, tiny little paper chips everywhere, arrrrgh
All parts will get some light cleaning, lubrication and the throtte body a static sync before shipping to make some things easier for you ......

Btw, the idle switch did work and the packege weight isn´t heavier than 5 Kg.
So you don´t  need send extra money for the shipping!

No problem, you can donor some money to the KZR forum community for the "plan A steal deal" parts and labor service..........

    Hi Michael
Package arrived. Some very good looking clean parts, throttle bodies look like new! (See pics)
Thank you very much for all your help and time on this
The bike is now running pretty good, even with a faulty throttle switch. I havent fitted the new one yet but the new idle switch is fitted and working
Having now ridden it, I think my injectors are leaking so the injectors you sent are going to be useful!. It wouldnt start from hot a few minutes after a long run and I found the plugs were wet and fouled. Turning the gas tap off and letting the FI run dry seems to prevent this happening. I can clean and test the set of injectors and swap them in when I do the Throttle switch.

BTW, so far Ive tried 3 throttle switches and according to the LEDs, none of them worked 100%. My current switch now works on idle with the new idle switch (Green LED), another Ive got works only on throttle open (Red LED) and the other doesnt work at all (No LEDs). Hopefully Ill get lucky with the one you sent    (Pita, I dont think its possible to open up and repair these things and there doesnt seem to be alternatives as they seem to be very proprietory to Kawasaki -  kzrider.com/forum/4-electrical/618169-kawasaki-gpz-1100b1 )

I'll keep you informed on progress, once again thanks!
