Spark Plug Defect?

The ceramic post on one spark plug easily spins around on the body.  There are no other visible irregularities.
Should the spark plug be used, or rejected as defective?

Looks bad to me.  I'm no expert, though.

One thing, those plugs are resistor type, so be sure that you are not using resistor plug caps or resistor wires when running them.

I suspect you will loose compression through there and it may even blow the centre out if you get excited, should be "crimped" tight

In 45 years, never seen the ceramic spin like that.  Throw it away.

I would ask the manufacturer: they should be able to tell you for sure.

If it's wrong/defective, they might also want to investigate if it's a one-off or if there was a bad batch.
