Different resistance readings on coils was created by Aragone79
So I got a set of coils off eBay and they came with 3 spark plug wires. 2 accel wires and 1 little thicker summit racing wire. I put all my old caps on and used 1 of my old wires. Well the one with the old wire and accel wire reads 12k ohms on the secondary and the one with 1 accel wire and 1 summit wire reads 22k ohms on secondary. Is it ok to run them like this? Is it the wires making a difference or maybe bad cap? Thanks for any help!

Can you pull the wires and just measure the wires' resistance?
Your wires may be different resistances.
Measure the caps separately.
Measure the coils secondaries without the wires.
