What am I missing?!?! 78 750B3

Howdy y'all.  This weekend I started to install all the lights and other electrical components on my 750.  When I turn the key to ON, the headlight, tail light, and idiot (warning lights) all turn on.  When I try to hit to starter button, nothing.  I've chased the wires and the only place I DO NOT have power is the starter button/right controls.  Mine is equipped with a starter lockout switch and its good.  I've even bypassed it with a jumper, still nothing.  What am I missing? Is my starter relay bad? The right controls?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So I do not have voltage at the Red/Yellow wire but 12v at the brown. Also, no voltage at the lock out switch.

OK take a piece of wire (ideally with a 10amp fuse in it) and with everything still connected bridge the brown to the red/yellow at the plug for the handlebar switch. If everything now works as it should including the lock-out switch then your "kill switch" is bad 

Woohoo! Kill switch is bad!!! Had to try it a few times because I wasn't getting a good connection with the jumper. Thanks for the help.
