Any one know if there is a kit out there to do this?
And how complicated/worth it?
Any help'd be appreciated.

Newtronic was making one, but I believe they were bought by someone else and are not currently in production. I think Boyer Bransden (might be Bransdon) is still selling one.
And there is always the KZ440 electronic ignition.
Simple to do, and very much worth it in my opinion.
Almost forgot, the 82-83 750 twins have electronic ignition also.

Depends on what parts you are using to convert it. The commercial kits should have everything you need, if you are using 440 parts then you also need the advancer.
