Wired George Coil / Relay Modification KZ400 ?

 Would the wired george relay modification to assure full voltage at the coil be applicable to a 76 KZ400 ? Perhaps just a adjustment to the harness to work with a single coil rather than two?

I can't see why it wouldn't work.  I don't think any adjustment would be necessary as the coil mod simply re-routes power to the coils.  You can find a diagram of the mod on George's site.
