No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationWhat does PO mean on a RH handlebar control?
The aftermarket unit linked has ON-PO-OFF & I'm assuming the toggle switch is for the headlight.  Thanks.

European models had a secondary "Small Light" in the headlight housing for night time city riding. The PO position illuminated this light (not the main headlight) along with the tail light and meter lights.

From my service manual:

"In the European model, the CL (PO) position of the headlight switch turns on the small city light, tail light and meter lights for driving in the city after dark."
Back in the saddle and loving it! KZ1000A1

Yes, PO = Position Light. A small 12 Volt 5 Watts bulb is added in the base of the head light reflector.

Thanks for the replies.  Seems strange that the Kawasaki Z1 FSM kind of defines CL (as the city light) but not PO. It just indicates that they're the same thing.
