I’m not finding any ‘81 with a side stand interlock. I checked the big4’s in the LTD,GPZ,J,ST, AND C (police) family even the 1300. Should be listed on the “stands” fishe.

For Euro models, you may need to try CMSNL.com. It's the only place I know of w diagrams of some non-USA models.
The side stand switch is sometimes listed in the Ignition-Switch/Locks/Reflectors diagram. I did not do an exhaustive search, but found a couple of different models with different side stand switches. I don't know if either fits your 81 model.
1984 1100-R1. www.cmsnl.com/kawasaki-z1100r1-1984-euro...101065/#.YBGuIHdKg9t
1983 1000-R2. www.cmsnl.com/kawasaki-z1000r2-1983-euro...101005/#.YBGtsXdKg9s ... part NLA
CMSNL.com Kawasaki Motorcycles. www.cmsnl.com/kawasaki-motorcycle_model11372/

thank you!!
sorry it is a 1982 and not a 1981 but doesn't matter, it is the same Z1100ST (KZT10A) built from 1981 - 1983.
I found as well the two part numbers 27010-1065 and 27010-1005. If I go through all the lists, It should be 27010-1065 which is still available. If I compare what is mounted actually but does not function anymore and creates short circuits / broken fuse all the time when I use the sidestand, it is rather 27010-1005. The only available that I see on the net is from a ebay supplier in UK, bmsiow, but he does not dispatch internationally unfortunately.
QUESTION: isn't there somebody from UK to whom I could let it send and who would ship it to me in Switzerland?? surely I would pay everything in advance.
Thank you
Daniel
