Did any of the later KZ650's have an electronic Tach ? I'm thinking about dropping my GPZ750 R1 cams into my sons 1981 KZ650 {710 kit} , the R1 cams have no tach drive so I'd need to swap out the cable tach for an electronic one. We would like to maintain a stock look if possible .

No. Is this a 650-CSR? If so, the meters are the same size as the 750M Twin, 750H Ltd & 1000M, but they all have cable drive tachometers. and they're bigger than most other KZ meters. just an fyi.
