Does this thrust washer sit perfectly within the recessed area that's located just before the starter clutch needle bearings? Or is the bearing smaller than the recessed area? Please lmk. TY

Found these dimensions listed as a spacer 25x38x1.0 Is that metric?

If you are talking about the bronze washer the answer is yes to metric sizing, and they only go on one way round,
