hello i just start the engine my kz1000j stator cables burns yesterday sudenly and i see the smoke . switch off it . the stator cables are burnt that i see. does anyone knows why it has been hapened: thanks
This is just a guess but you may have had a short circuit. Check both of the stator wires' insulation to see if there are cuts or holes in the insulation. Especially in areas where the wires may rub on sharp edges. The insulation may show signs of overheating or burns at this location.
