Hello everyone. my name is Peter, im from san diego. Im not great at wiring. Im in The process of wiring my new aftermarket gauges. I have everything working on the gauges except the neutral indicator. I know The wiring works from the old gauge i took off the bike. Not im just stuck on wiring the neutral indicator. Ive tried several ways, its always on even when im on gear. I’ve check the wiring and they are all good. I just need help if im missing or not doing something right. Any help would be greatly appreciated and i will pass it on to anyone who ask. Thank you.

Normally, on a Kz, when the ingition switch is turned on, 12v goes to the bulb, then the negative side of the bulb is wired to the switch. The switch is connected to ground when in neutral. This completes the circuit and the light turns on.
