If I run a relay to (key on) power my coils, what should be done with the previous 2 factory red wires? Thanks!

I thought the idea was to use the red coil wires, which get switched power through the ignition switch, as the trigger to turn on the relay and feed power straight from the fuse box?

On the larger fours it's yellow and red stripe.
