First of all thank you for having me in thank you for any answers may be able to offer me I recently got a 1977 KZ650 and ignition switch looks like it just been pulled out all the wires are knocked loose and there seames to
Have the connector "plastic pigtail plug" for missing
Does anybody have a wiring diagram how to rewire the ignition correctly and also possibly diagram on how to hotwire it and last but not least is there any tips for getting a seased spark plug out of the head the spark plug porcelain completely gone all porcelain and inner gone all that remains in the head is threads and lower half of spark plug outer threads I'll post picks any and all help would be appreciated

For the wiring diagram take a look at page 223 of the Kawasaki Service Manual. If you don't have a manual use the one at the link below. Ed

Z1Enterprises.com has connectors, terminal pins & colored wire. CycleTerminal has connectors & terminal pins and a good selection of other electro-stuff. I get open barrel terminal pins & bullet connectors which are the same as stock & use a ratcheting crimper w open barrel dies >> the crimps are very strong & look nice when you're done. Terminal pins are kind of cheap, so get a dozen or so extras to practice crimping or in case you mess up. assuming you get a good/correct open barrel crimper.
