Ignition bypass/delete

Hey all! I'm looking to delete my keyed ignition. Pretty much everything on the handle bars. Has anyone done this?
Just looking for info. Hoping to put a basic dirtbike style kill switch on the handlebars and a hidden momentarily switch for the electric starter.

I assume I'll likely need and on-off switch for the bike as well to avoid battery drain. Maybe just the on off switch and a hidden starter?

some of the diagrams are no longer there (pgs. 1-10). But from pg. 11-on many are still available.
There's probably a diagram for a 550 Ltd & there may be another one possibly simpler that would work as well.
