That's disappointing: the gauges on my GPz550 could use some attention, and I was excited to have them do the work.

Do any of you folks have direct experience with any other gauge resto firms? I've seen shops that do Hondas and some that do Kawasaki two-stroke triples. There's a place in Michigan called Bob's Speedometers (also tachs, oil pressure, clocks, etc.); the site says he does motorcycles but it looks like he might be very auto-centric.

Bob's done a number of gauges for us. We've been happy with all.

He & (sometimes) his wife were fixtures at Mid-Ohio for years. Bob would disappear into the depths of the swap meet and return with handfuls of gauges in various states of repair. He hasn't been there for a few years now. He and his dry sense of humor are missed.

Thank you for the info! Sounds like I should give him a call and see what he can do.

Speaking of Mid-Ohio, I have a hotel reservation and bought my tickets already (Friday and Saturday). Looking forward to it! :)
