I just rebiult my starter. Before I did it would just click 1 time. Now that I have rebuilt it, its still cranks slow. Battery and everything else seems to be fine. I'm honestly not sure if I put all of the washers back in the correct order. Would that have anything to do with it? What should I do?

Bushings (bearings) may be too sloppy.

If I didn't grease anything when I rebuilt it, could that be the problem?
