Pretty sure I had a fried ic igniter and wrong wiring.

Ordered coils, ign and p/u's used on auction. (Had video of bike running)...

P/u and coils were already wired.
Installed everything and have no spark at plug.

TESTS:
Ign module timing light does blink when cranking.
Both coils get 2.8Ω on small wires w digital meter.
All four small wire on both coils have 12v+
Kill switch does kill 12v to coils
Grounds all test/beep good.

I've research countless hours on this site which has finally given me a basic understanding of these machines.

I feel like its something simple like a neutral switch or.....?

Any help is truly appreciated.
Attaches is the wiring diagram I am using.

I did not install the timing adjuster on pick up coils.
When I installed pick up coils I just took the round assembly off (3 phillips screws) and put the new one on.

Why do you don´t install the Dyna2000 pickup rotor?

The KZ rotor is not a magnet. It will never work to drive a hall sensor (which is what most Dynas use).

And I'm sorry, but your diagram still has errors in it.

The kill switch should not have a wire going to ground. Erase that wire completely.
Your reg/rec is feeding power directly to the ignition so there won't be a way to turn it off once it starts.
THe power routing for the key switch and kill switch is not right, and the fuse should be before the key switch. You have it after.

The regulator/rectifier output wire (W/R) should go to the starter solenoid junction of the battery and power to the key switch.

Is it that obvious? lol

I don't have a dyna S setup, so I did not notice the incorrect rotor, but several members did.

I googled the dynaS install and this video popped of a Kz1000 getting it retrofitted. it shows setup and testing. One of the better video's on line.

Good eye, and good advice! As usual. Or perhaps follow this diagram you drew up would be even better advice?
