Hi All,
I have an old KZ200AE engine that I am looking to get running. Currently it is missing the Generator Rotor.
Before I attempt to purchase a replacement rotor, I would like to confirm how well the engine will run.
My plan is to 3D print a Generator Rotor to allow the correct timing to be set on the engine, under static conditions.
If you could take measurements of the external/internal diameter, diameter of rotor centre, etc.
Also required is the most important part, the angle from the rotor key-way to the Firing (F) and Timing (T) marks.
Any photos would be a great help too
Alternatively if anyone has a damaged rotor laying around. I am based in Australia.
Thanks for the assistance.
Mitch
