Engine R/pm effects light brightness

So I recently bought a custom made KZ200 cafe racer. I had the engine replaced with a motomia 200cc. (please forgive me. It was the only available option where I live as these bikes are rare here)

It has original headlight but all other lights replaced with new LED's. Regulator also recently replaced when this problem occurred but it's happing again. The headlight lamp is already blown because of this but break light's brightness is heavily effected by rpm.

The front break lever is slightly sticky and activates break light before it activates breaks. When I pull the lever and realease it the break light stays on untill i fully push the lever away.

Any tips would be appreciated, thanks!

You might want to check charging system voltage to be sure your regulator is working properly.

Brightness increase with rpm just off idle is normal for the most part as long as it's not extreme.

Hey Thanks for replying!

I will have that checked, thanks.
Here is a clip of the break light during revving off idle:

Does it look reasonable?

Sounds like a bad battery to me. Sounds like your battery isn't holding charge so when you rev it your stator overworks and provides more voltage which is displayed in the brightness of the light. The light dimming and brightening tells me your stator is working it's just a matter of how well. A bike won't run generally if the voltage is lower than 10 volts. Check the voltage of your battery. Cold it should have 12v or more. Charging it should be 13-14. If it's lower than 13v then your stator is bad.

To fix your brake light issue bleed your front brake. I had this issue from tipping the reservoir over a bunch of times while working on the bike. If you bleed it that will take care of the lever closing fully. I ended up just Pumping my lever a bunch of times and it returned to normal. You can try that first.

His KZ200 has no hydraulic front brake.

It could be the return spring #14 is weak or he has adjust the front brake piston under #13 cap (screw and nut)
