Hello again everyone:
I have a 1980 kz250 single cylinder and for some reason none of the turn signals work at all. I've checked the fuses and wiring and I can find anything wrong with it if someone could give me pointers to fix it I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Might check the switch itself. I had that issue with my headlights and it ended up being the switch.

How did you check the fuse? Looks can be deceiving; your best bet is to use a multimeter to check continuity.

Think about that the frame is a part of electric circuit were the voltage have to flow to negative. of the battery.
If the turn signals have not a proper negative ground no current will flow = no turn signals will flash.

Check the flasher unit (solenoid?). It might be as simple as that
