will a bike start without the clutch cable?
20 Mar 2017 12:56
I am in the middle of a project, and was wondering, will the bike start with the side plate that has the clutch cable connected is not attached to the bike, even though the bike is in neutral? I have to attach it, but am in another project at the moment, and wonder if that may be something stupid I have overlooked.
I shall be telling this with a sigh

Pull in the clutch lever, then it should start.

Thanks, I still put everything on (waiting for glue to dry on a wood project.) Still no start... still no spark. Back to my project thread... oh boy. time to spend more money on some part. lol.
