KZ1100A Vetter Fairing charging problem.

I recently installed a Vetter Windjammer V fairing on my KZ1100 and I had 2 spare wires, both black and yellow. I'm not sure what they need to be hooked up to, because since the install my charging system won't charge. If I unplug the fairing it charges no problem, but with it plugged in it won't charge. I was wondering if the 2 black and yellow wires not being hooked up is the problem or not. Anyone?

Hopefully not too late here, but the Black/yellow wires are negative (ground). Possibly something in your fairing doesn't have a proper ground?
