The closest you are going to find a color 'G' model diagram is to use the 'H' diagram suggested by Patton. The 'G' model was released in North America while the rest of the planet received a different (but equivalent) model...the H. The Kawasaki Motorcycle Service Manual Supplement (99963-0035-01) covers unique aspects of the G model while the base model (1015 cc series) was covered in the Service Manual
part #99924-1006-03 (or later versions). Note that the Supplement contained the wiring diagram and was printed in black-and-white ONLY.

Thanks for the heads up. My "G" now has 34mm mukuni's and no longer has fuel injection, So I guess its essentialy a LTD now. So I suppose the proper LTD diagram would serve the same purpose.

Yes, except for the carbs (which are from a newer series model), you essentially have a 1015cc LTD. Note that the 1979/1980 KZ1000B3/4 LTD base manual should cover most issues. I like the Z1B paint scheme.

Thanks . Z1 tank from a 75, holds more gas. Pod filters, 4-1 exhaust, re-jetted carbs. Sorry for the bad picture, its the only one I have I can upload right now.
