Both coils read the same.. So you think it could be in the wire harness??? Red wires to the battery?

The pic on the bottom shows the screw on the coil touching the mount. that will be a problem

Red wire with yellow stripe comes from the kill switch. If that screw is touching, it won't run. I wrapped electrical tape around the spacer.

There is a gap, but hard to see. Ill add a piece of non conductive material between the screw and the post. See what it does.... Thanks for the heads up.

Good news... I heat shrink wrapped the post and now I have spark!!!! The bike fired right up and after a bit it died again. I am going to charge the battery and give it a try here in a bit, Ill post updates as soon as I can. I will also post a video of the starter issue as it still seems to have a hard time catching more than it catches. Thanks again for the help. :)
