alarm suggestions

im looking to install an alarm system on my bike , any suggestion? looking for one with a paging system. i currently live in an apartment complex the bike frequently go missing. $100-$150.

I haven't tested myself, but i think the easiest would be to use a hidden smartphone with antitheft app:

and in addition some cheap u-lock or a small chain to misdirect the potential theft.

At the moment I have the front wheel locked to the frame with a cover thy I liked as well. I'm just looking for something that will alarm and alert me when it has been tampered with. There are plenty of cheap ones out there I just wonder if anyone has a suggested one. Smart phone is not a bad idea for tracking it
