1981 kz550c1 electrical help needed!

I bought this bike awhile back, striped everything from the frame so i could drop the seat. I took photos of all the electrical very indepth but that was about a year and a broken cellphone ago. so now that the engine is done and everything is put back together. I'm stuck with a mess of wires. yes i have a book. yes i have a diagram off of kz rider as well. but some of these wires just are not making sense. mostly the grounding wires. I will add some photos in a bit

Black and yellow wire that splits off into 3 other black and yellow wires. towards the back of the bike (maybe to each brake light?)

yellow with black stiped wire with double crimp opening. back of bike as well.

Perhaps blk/yel connections to ground the rear bulb and grounds for each blinker light.

Should be shown on the wiring diagram.

This wiring diagram from the KZr FILEBASE seems to clearly show the rearward black/yellow wire ground connections.
