82 kz550 c starting problem

82 kz550 c I have a problem with it not cranking at all. The battery reads 10.66 volts, I turn the key to the on position, turn the kill switch in run, pull in the clutch, and when I go to push the start button I get nothing, and also the lights won't come on. I checked the main fuse for continuity, as well as the killswitch, start button, key switch. Plz help I just turned it into a bobber

10.6 volts is way too low to start the bike. It needs to be about 12.5 minimum

Do you think that's the reason the lights won't turn on either?

If there are no lights and or "clicking" it could be a bad connection with the battery and the cables. Lose wire or bad connection at the solenoid?
