Is there a click at the starter solenoid? You might open up the starter see how it looks. I had a starter with a bad seal, oil got forced into the starter causing it to be weak and not work. Went through everything multiple times, before I figured it out.
A quick clean up and new seals fixed it right up.

All the other lights work great! The headlight is the only thing not working now.

I tried with a multimeter but not sure about the results. What's the best way to test the headlight?

I'm guessing three wires,
Low
High
Ground
Identify the wires and what they are before you start to test them.
If you have not used a meter before this might help. If my directions of not clear look on YouTube and someone will explain it better.
Ohms test: To get used to your meter set it to "Ohms" have the ends apart and look at display. The reading with the leads apart is a "open" not too sure what your meter reading will be but some flash a "1" or similar for infinite Ohms. Same reading as open in the light . Put the leads together and the meter will show 000 or even make a sound, depending on your meter, that is a short or good continuity in the light.
If you are checking the light, Testing should be done with the light unplugged from the bike socket. Use the meter leads from the
1, Ground to Low
2. Ground to High
Using the steps above and you will be able to test each side.
DCV testing: Move the meter switch to DCV, turn the bike switch on, With the light removed test only the light socket on the bike.
1. Back lead to the Ground, Red lead to High
2. Black lead to Ground Red lead to Low.
You should see the meter change to a reading of close to 12 DCV. Only one side will show DCV at a time and will very with the thumb switch on the bar (High and Low beam). This should let you know if you have power going to your light.
This is a general use of a meter and is only given as an example, your results might very. Best of luck.
