Best H4 Halogen bulb?

What is currently the best available Halogen replacement bulb for a stock/standard 55/60 watt, three prong setup?
I want a bulb that directs the light properly when switched from low to high beam! With all I have used the beams end up too low then way-too high when switched. :S
Then, there is the brightness consideration...for riding those long dark and lonely roads at night, when the brightest low-beam and longest high-beam are needed...

The problem with that article on the testing is almost 6 yrs. old, & the opt7 H4 bulbs weren't invented back then
I'm going to post on that 2 month old thread, & see how that opt7 bulb is working out for the guy who started the thread
