Wiring Help - 1984 Kawasaki ZN1100

I'm removing the safety interlocks - clutch and kickstand - on the bike. It should be simple. Like for the kickstand switch, follow the wires from the switch to a connector. Unplug it or cut the two wires. Twist them together to complete the circuit. That lets the bike start while eliminating the switch at the kick stand.
Of course and as usual ... I have three, not two, wires for both interlocks. The side stand switch has Black/Yellow (Ground), Green/White and Brown (Junction Box) wires. The lock out at the clutch switch has Black/Yellow (Ground), Light Green and Yellow/Green wires (Junction Box).
I think twisting the Bl/Y with the G/W for the kickstand and Bl/Y with Light Green for the clutch switch would do the trick. Is that right?
But what about the Junction Box wires? Do they get twisted together too or left disconnected or something else? I’m an electrical dunce so I won’t understand tech talk with electrics. Use elementary school language and I’ll get it, I think. Thanks.

Forget about twisting wires together, you need proper soldered or crimped connections.
Your 'hot wired' ignition cutting out an inopportune moment on the road could be lethal.

Yeah, just an expression so I don't have to write out every little step. Any ideas about my questions?

In 45+ years of riding, I can honestly say 'no, never did that.'
Everybody here can't be as dumb as me when it comes to wiring. Anyone about the wiring?
