This is what I used Steve. Went in to O'Reilly Auto parts and asked for an LED flasher, worked great.

Went to OR and gave them the #'s No listing, then to AZ, nothing. These places are as useless as tits on a boar. I'm ordering it on line. Much cheaper too.

I tried find you the part online @ OR and did not find it either. I can send you the one in the pic if you want it. I don't need it with the M-unit.

Nothing, I mean it this time! I will put it in a padded envelope and ship it. Just don't ask me how to wire it. It should just replace the stock one, only this one has a ground wire that comes out of the top.

SWEST, I installed LED lights on my sons new Ninja300. Once we completed the install and went to test the turn signals, the LED's stayed on, no flash at all. We went to Cycle Gear and bought this flasher module. Lights work great!

Let me know if this is what you were hoping to track down.

I think we have it nailed down. It's strange they would sell LED's but have no clue that they require new flashers. OR has some that say LED compatible on the back. That would require adding a new circuit and a crap shoot.
That's just another reason this site "Rocks". :woohoo:

Glad you've got things figured out. YOU are right about this forum. Dunno what I'd do without it. Sure beats the traditional trial and error and a lot of $$$$ wasted on failed projects. Nice to have a place to go to that has unlimited material (information) on projects we'd like to take on but might not know where to start! This is the place...........

P.S. My son and I had the same issues with purchasing LED lights and, no one mentioned that we also needed a LED module. We ended up making two trips to Cycle Gear to get it right!

Or has what they call transformers. They want $25 a piece for the bulbs and have a mock one with batteries that light up when you push the button. I didn't ask what they wanted for their "transformers" but I suspect they're designed to pull the same amps as a normal bulb, thus defeating the purpose of the LED's power savings. Marketing again.
