No spark on 1 and 4. KZ650

I checked the coils and they read out good. 3,8 ohms each on the primary, and 24k on the secondary... 2 and 3 still fire, but 4 and 1 does not. I checked all fuses, checked all visible connections, made sure spark plugs were not fouled, still couldn't get spark... Then I check the IC voltage, and it reads 11.8 volts for the 2 and 3 coil, and then I got 5.4 volts for the 4 and 1 coil.... What could be the cause of this? Is it my voltage regulator? Also, when I do fire the bike up on 2 cylinders, it charges to 14.6 volts at 4k rpm. Any help would be great. Thanks guys.

Also, I forgot to mention, that I have a Dyna-S electronic ignition.

The Dyna system might be on, drawing current through the 1-4 coil... based on that lobe in the advancer being right at the right place at that pickup with the engine not running?
Disconnect the Dyna and keep the 12v connected to the 1-4 coil.
With the other wire, that which is from the coil to the ignition system (actually, it's just a way to ground the coil for energizing it and disconnecting it from ground, which is what fires the coil and creates the spark!).... tap the wire to chassis ground while watching for the plug wires to fire an arc across it to ground.
If it's healthy, you might have an ignition module or wiring problem.

The Dyna ignition module was out. Replaced it with a spare that I had and it fired right up and ave good voltage readings to the coils. Thanks!
