Ignition Switch Disassembly

If you ever take your ignition switch apart, do it inside a box or enclosed container. It contains two spring loaded ball bearings that will shoot out when you pry off the plastic retainer cap.

What ever you do, do not do this outside, at dusk, while holding it over a mesh patio table.

I took it apart due to a flickering taillight that I traced to the switch.

I was able to find all the parts that shot out however after a while of searching I was very close to getting a toggle switch from the auto parts store.
