Everything was normal, then the stop light on gauge tree came on. Cant find problem. Brakes are not stuck and lever and pedal work fine.

Does the rear brake light illuminate? The problem could be as simple as a bad bulb.
The owner's manual describes the functionality of the brake indicator light. Some new KZ riders don't realize the om is kinda hidden in a pull-down document case on the underside of the seat.

If the rear brake light works, then changing the bulb probably isn't the answer.
If the stop lamp/warning light is on all the time, the problem could be a brake light switch --- one of them may be stuck in the ON position or may be defective, or the rear brake light switch may need adjustment (but the rear brake light would be on as well).
During normal operation, the gauge stop lamp should come on when the brake is applied --- this tells you the brake light is working, so you won't get rear ended. The outage indicator switch or brake light failure switch is supposed to flash the stop lamp warning light to indicate that the brake light isn't working --- the stop lamp should still come on when the brake is applied, but after releasing the brake, the stop lamp should flash.

I'd unplug them one by one to isolate the problem. If it turns out they aren't the problem, then it's the relay. It's solid state and have to be replaced.

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationThanks for adding the info to your signature line.
If nothing else seems to correct the problem you may want to check the outage indicator switch. Here's a picture of one in an eBay listing. See
Here's what it looks like in the parts diagram. Ed

WAIT! I would not use WD-40 on that. WD-40 will eventually dry and create an insulating film. If you do a search on this site you'll will see details on the problems. Use DeOxit (Radio Shack carries it) or some other quality contact cleaner. Ed
