Starter switch

So I'm about to kick my bike over. I changed handle bars and now the starter switch does not work. Ugh help me please

The same thing happened to me when i changed my bars. For some reason the ground my bike had on the triple clamps just went bad. Moved it and everything worked fine again. I would look for ground problems. Hope it helps.

I never hooked up the clutch lever switch. I just now thought of it. But it should still start in nuetral right?

The clutch lever lockout switch is just that - a switch. It does not know or care what gear the tranny is in. If the switch is in the off position (as though the clutch lever is not pulled in) the electric starter will not work. Ed
