i am having an issue with my bike i think its electrical issue. recently i will be riding along and my oil and fuel light will come on and flicker for a few seconds. and that's all that will happen and sometimes it will do it and it will lose almost all its power and my bike will almost die when it will almost die my nutal light will also come on and flicker as well. and then it will stop and it will go right back to normal like nothing happened. i have checked my oil and fuel several times and both are full so what could be causing my issue thanks

Your description certainly seems like an intermittent electrical problem. They can be really frustrating to chase down. I'd recommend insuring that the battery cables have clean, tight connections at both ends. Next, I'd check the connectors in the headlight housing for a loose one. If those all are good, then I'd suggest finding electrical trouble shooting posts by MFolks. You should be able to find them in the file base.

would a battery that's not fully charged cause this. my battery did die last week because i left the key on. it did not do this before the battery died. but i would not think the battery dying or not fully charged would cause this. but i could be wrong i charged it for about an hour and it was able to start with out a jump. and fingered it would charge up the rest of the way when i was riding it. should i put it on the charger over night do you think this will fix my issue thanks.

If you have a charger that puts out 1-1.5 amps, then yes, be sure that the battery is properly charged, if there is a bad cell or two, it could cause the symptoms you described.
