1980 kz750 headlight
02 Feb 2015 19:25
No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationHey guys..... Can someone tell me what size is the headlight assembly in the 1980 kz750 H1 ??
Is it a 7" headlight, or an 8" headlight ??
I'm thinking about getting one of these for the bike, but need to know it will fit first.
Thanks for your help !!

I've run the lil'Emgo fairing for many years (had one on my ST, way back and the SR now...), it will fit ALL KZs, unless the headlight is not stock or modified and it's not hard to mount.
Good luck, you'll like not having the wind on your chest...

YW... I did change the PIC. The first was of the bike, right after the fitting and before she was road worthy. #2 is how she sits now... well, plus a rear rack. You may also get a little shelf up there, I found it useful for a GPS...
OH, and it's just black plastic. Don't let them fool you, it's prob NOT painted. Mine's still is not painted, but I hope to change this soon.

I like how you set yours up !! The fairing looks SO MUCH BETTER mounted on your bike, than the fairing does in the picture for the EBay ad I posted.....
Looks like you have a low mileage bike if I'm reading your odometer correctly.

Well, IMPO the proper bars make all the (visual) difference, with this fairing. superbike bars are ok and stock looks stupid. I'm running dragbars... these and clip-ons are made for this fairing.
Yep... came to me, after sitting for 18 years, with ~11.8k in 2012. Gotta luv barn finds...
